Why are we rebuilding – Our Story

Hurd’s Hound Haven has been a local hangout for Story City dogs since 1999. Our entire family has enjoyed caring for your wonderful canine friends. In February, a fire destroyed our kennel. For those of you who know us, it was one more trial in the midst of several during the past 12 months.

So how do you face the future in light of our odds? We decided as a family to face the future HEAD ON, with faith and thus we are rebuilding the finest kennel we can imagine.	Reopened October 28th, 2006
